The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for supporting the demand for data and analysis. Key duties include analyzing data, creating dashboards, visualizations, reports, and datasets, and using data analysis to solve complex business challenges.
This position is available as a Business Intelligence Analyst I, Business Intelligence Analyst II, Business Intelligence Analyst III, and Senior Business Intelligence Analyst.

BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ANALYST I
Experience using SQL. Previous experience as a team member. Understanding of business terms, processes, and data systems. Ability to perform statistical analysis using Excel or similar tools. Entry-level position.
Work experience with data extraction tools, analytics software, or statistics software. Capable of conducting semi-complex data analysis. Demonstrated effectiveness as a team player. Proficient in understanding front-end and back-end environments. History of independent problem-solving with a sense of ownership.
Three or more years of direct experience using analytics software. Proficiency in data extraction tools. Demonstrated ability to work and lead effectively in a team. Skilled in selecting appropriate presentation methods for data. Able to advise customers based on data analysis results. Commercially aware with a focus on business success. Able to design and build algorithms, reports, and dashboards to meet business needs.
Five or more years of direct experience using analytics software. Expertise in data extraction tools. Effective team leader and member. Recognized as an expert by peers and customers. Extensive knowledge of business and operational systems. Commercially aware with a focus on business success. Skilled in advising customers based on detailed data analysis. Proficient in collecting and documenting business requirements for data analysis. Capable of developing algorithms, reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to meet or exceed business requirements.
Ability to sit for extended periods and use a computer keyboard and mouse while viewing a computer screen. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including occasional after-hours and weekend work.
